Wow! I amso proud of each and every kindergarten student for the progress they made thisyear. They accomplished a lot.
Hopefully,they will keep up the good work over the summer by reading, writing and doingmath.
I havebeen reading to them about Farley Drexel Hatcher, better known as Fudge, thepesky brother. It was no surprise to me that they chose Judy Blume as theirfavorite author for the year. I still prefer Robert Munsch, and thankfully, hecame in second.
We arefinishing up the year with our study of India, some science reports and storiesthey wrote, illustrated and presented using our Japanese kamishibai theater.
I will see all of them back next year, as they come to me for Handwriting, Spellingand Writing. Have a great summer!
